PHYSICIAN
Dr. Laskow is a Life Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and former Chief of OB-GYN at the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula in Carmel, California. He completed residency training at Stanford Medical Center and took a post-doctoral fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco where he was a member of the faculty. Dr. Laskow is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine and a former Scientific Advisory Board member of the Institute of Heartmath.
AUTHOR AND RESEARCHER
Dr. Laskow's groundbreaking book, "Healing Through Love", presents the fundamental principles of Holoenergetic® Healing. World-renowned celebrities such as Deepak Chopra, Larry Dossey and Dolores Krieger warmly recommend its reading. It includes an assortment of ancient and contemporary healing techniques, energy work, self-awareness and practical exercises, all designed to foster a direct experience of love as a healing force. In this book, Dr. Laskow shares his laboratory research, which demonstrates the effectiveness of heart-centered Holoenergetic techniques in significantly inhibiting tumor cell growth in tissue cultures, and significantly reducing bacterial overgrowth in test tubes. In addition, his subsequent research has demonstrated that conscious intention, imagery and love can alter the configuration and properties of water, as well as the structure of DNA. The book was originally published by Harper Collins, and has since been translated into nine languages.
In 2016, Dr. Laskow published "For Giving Love", his second book. His third book, "Choose Peace Now", was published in 2019.
TEACHER
Dr. Laskow's experience as a teacher extends globally, having taught at medical centers, universities, and holistic institutes, such as the Esalen Institute, Omega, Interface, the New York Open Center, UCSF Medical Center, and the California Institute of Integral Studies. He has also made appearances on various media platforms, including the “America’s Talking” television show, Jeffrey Mishlove's TV series "Thinking Aloud," and numerous radio and TV programs. Additionally, he had the honor of presenting to the California Legislative Committee on Self Esteem. In recognition of his work, the Worldwide Forgiveness Alliance awarded Dr. Laskow with the Champion of Forgiveness Award in 2016.
